FHE at Norwood

On her blog, Trina called us "grad school widows" on Monday nights, and I had to laugh because to an extent it's true! Aaron doesn't get home until 10pm, several nights a week. So, we've met for FHE at Norwood the last 3 gorgeous Monday evenings, before sunset.

Today, Sarah gave a sweet lesson on service, and led the kids in singing, " 'Give,' said the little stream." Last week Gina gave a great lesson on prophets in preparation for General Conference, and gave the kids some coloring Bingo sheets to keep them interested during the talks this weekend. The week before I took the kids on a nature walk and we all sang "My Heavenly Father loves me." Next week, Trina will prepare the lesson.

We all pack dinners and someone brings a dessert. It's a great way for the kids to exert all their energy before bedtime!

I love these bright pictures of Issac, Summer and Elijah!
